Job Duties

This role includes greeting and registering guests, as well as assisting with the check-out process
Your role as a Hotel Cashier demands you to greet incoming visitors warmly and promptly, while facilitating their registration process with a high level of politeness
Carries out the formalities needed for guests to end their hotel stay
Assisting guests in resolving challenges encountered while staying at a hotel
Effectively coding electronic keys, choosing the right rooms based on requirements, and promoting hotel amenities are the key aspects to upgrade guests
Includes guest welcome programs in marketing strategies and assists guests with their luggage and room assignments
We want our guests to feel appreciated, which is why our welcome packet includes room keys, thoughtful gifts, and tokens of gratitude
