Key responsibilities include coding electronic room keys, selecting suitable rooms based on guest preferences and requirements, and assisting with luggage and room assignments. The role extends beyond administrative tasks, encompassing genuine guest engagement to make each visitor feel appreciated and valued. This is supported by our welcome packet initiatives, which include offering room keys along with thoughtful gifts and tokens of gratitude aimed at making guests feel seen and welcomed.
