Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years relevant experience as a breakfast attendant
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Effective communication skills
Good listening abilities
Empathic and tolerant nature
Rational, prudent, and practical mindset
Ability to perform major life activities such as standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
Must be able to stand for eight hours and perform physical tasks including bending, stretching, and reaching
Flexibility to work varying schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
Ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or higher
Minimum of two years experience as a breakfast attendant
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain detail-oriented
Computer literacy with property management systems
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle guest concerns with hospitality

Job Duties

Maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean breakfast according to Greens and brand standards
Responsible for the usage and organization of food supplies
Understand and implement the mission statement, values, and culture at all times
Communicate with guests and co-workers effectively
Assist with guest issues professionally and maintain a hospitable attitude
Operate property management systems including posting charges, computing bills, collecting payments, and making change
Manage time effectively and multitask during shifts
