With a focus on employee development and comprehensive benefits, KHC supports a diverse workforce dedicated to delivering an outstanding hospitality experience. The company values professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all employees and guests.

The Breakfast Attendant role at Kinseth Hotel Corporation is a part-time position that involves working 3 to 4 days a week, including some weekends. You will also be responsible for preparing coffee pots and hot water dispensers for early guests and the next day, managing waste disposal and recycling, and organizing supplies and pantry communications for other team members. This role sometimes includes assisting with the upkeep of public spaces such as restrooms, pool areas, fitness centers, and lobbies, ensuring a consistently pleasant environment throughout the hotel.

Kinseth Hotel Corporation emphasizes adherence to company policies including dress code, safety protocols, and performance standards. As part of their team, you will be expected to maintain a professional image and reliable attendance. Physical demands of the job include frequent standing and walking, handling and moving supplies up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, as well as other activities such as climbing, stooping, and kneeling. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to the seamless operation of a hotel breakfast service.

Working with KHC also comes with multiple benefits, which include competitive starting wages, health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment, a 401k retirement plan, paid training and paid time off, a referral program, and exclusive discounts at all Kinseth Hotel Corporation hotels and restaurants. In addition, employees can take advantage of DailyPay, which offers flexible access to earned wages.
