Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- Valid alcohol certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Provide exceptional guest service and create a positive, engaging bar experience
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, menu offerings, and promotions
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Operate POS system and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor guest consumption and promote responsible drinking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
