Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent GED certification
Some experience in the food service industry preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to adhere to all applicable laws and company policies regarding alcohol service
Positive and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
Prefer some experience working in the food service industry
Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification

Job Duties

Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages
Mix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks
Restock and clean as instructed, including side work for opening and closing of the restaurant
Properly identify customers' age through identification cards, and serve alcoholic beverages following all applicable federal, state, local, and company rules and regulations
Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system
