Job Requirements

Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol in California
Responsible Beverage Service certification required
Food Handler certification required or ability to obtain
Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist
Experience with POS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist, hotel or high-volume bar experience preferred
Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol in California
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Experience with POS systems, Micros preferred
Responsible Beverage Service certification required
Food Handler certification required or ability to obtain
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with guests in English, bilingual skills a plus
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive, outgoing personality

Job Duties

Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to brand standards
Provide exceptional guest service in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
Take orders, make recommendations, and upsell beverages to enhance the guest experience
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
Operate Micros POS system including order entry, check presentation, and payment processing
Ensure compliance with California liquor laws and Responsible Beverage Service standards
Monitor guest behavior and refuse service when appropriate due to intoxication or minors
