Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- previous bartender or mixologist experience preferred
- valid RBS Certification
- valid Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain
- proficiency with POS systems, Micros preferred
- strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work Monday through Friday
- reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist, preferably in a hotel or high-volume bar
- must be 21+ years of age
- strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- experience with POS systems, Micros preferred
- RBS Certification required
- Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate with guests in English, bilingual skills a plus
- ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive, outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to brand standards
- provide exceptional guest service in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner
- take orders, make recommendations, and upsell beverages to enhance the guest experience
- maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
- operate Micros POS system for order entry, check presentation, and payment processing
- ensure compliance with California liquor laws and Responsible Beverage Service standards
- monitor guest behavior and refuse service when appropriate
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, drink recipes, and daily specials
- anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, attentive service
- promote a positive guest experience by being knowledgeable about hotel services and local attractions
- assist with monthly inventory and bar organization
