We are currently seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join the W XYZ Bar team, working Monday through Friday during weekdays. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. As a Part-Time Bartender at Aloft Cupertino or Aloft San Jose Cupertino, you will be an integral part of a vibrant team focused on creating memorable experiences for guests through expertly crafted beverages and attentive service. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to brand standards. You will engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing recommendations and upselling beverages to enhance their experience. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with California liquor laws and Responsible Beverage Service standards, and proficiently operating the Micros POS system for order processing are crucial aspects of the job. Your ability to monitor guest behavior and ensure safe service by refusing service when necessary highlights the importance of responsibility and attentiveness in this position.
