Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Related experience and/or training in hospitality or food and beverage service
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be 18 years or older to drive Broadmoor vehicles
- Ability to occasionally lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee operations in the Hotel Bar
- Resolve complaints regarding food, beverage and service
- Train and monitor employees for proper service
- Schedule staff
- Present menu to the guest, offer recommendations and description for the purpose of assisting and upselling the menu
- Assist waitstaff in retrieving items from the kitchen and bar, serving when necessary
- Assist the bartender as needed
- Ensure station and side-work are complete prior to staff leaving
- Train and orient new employees
- Ensure that all appropriate paperwork is completed and turned in
- Oversee all operations in the absence of the manager
- Handle situations diplomatically and professionally that may arise due to complications from alcohol consumption
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- All other duties assigned by Park Supervisors or Director of Operations
