Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- previous experience within the hospitality industry preferred
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to count
- ability to read and write legibly
- ability to work cohesively with others
- familiar with sanitation regulations and chemical handling
- ability to work independently and under pressure
- physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25-60 lbs, kneel, bend, stoop, squat, stretch, climb ladders and stairs
- good visual and hearing ability
- ability to follow instructions and perform cleaning duties thoroughly
- available to work fluctuating hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and areas after each guest vacates
- dusting and polishing furniture, woodwork, light fixtures, and ceiling fans
- sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and shampooing carpets as needed
- organizing and restocking guest amenities such as soap, shampoo, lotion, coffee, tea supplies, and stationery
- changing linens and towels by removing soiled items and replacing them with clean ones
- removing waste from wastebaskets and ashtrays and disposing of it properly following health and safety regulations
- maintaining cleanliness of all dining utensils by using industrial dishwasher and hand polishing
- ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas including appliances
- assisting with food storage, rotation, preparation, including salads, grilling, garnishing, and seasoning dishes
