The Assistant Operations Roving Manager at Hyatt plays a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of the hotel, primarily during afternoon and evening shifts. Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a 45-hour work week including afternoons and evenings
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Availability to assist in various departments as needed
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality management

Job Duties

  • Maintain professional and healthy relationships with all departments within the hotel
  • Respond to a variety of guest requests with corrective analyzing and brand standards
  • Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, periodically as needed
  • Lead by example and with a sense of ownership
  • Quickly correct safety concerns and ensure guest and colleague safety
  • Address any guest concerns while ensuring the proper follow-up is delivered
  • Lead the effort for colleague engagement during our afternoon and evenings shifts
