Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • valid Food Handler Certificate
  • valid TABC certification
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work evening and weekend shifts
  • analytical mindset
  • capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years experience in food and beverage management
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • food handler certificate
  • TABC certification
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee scheduling of food and beverage staff
  • forecast food and beverage sales and inventory needs
  • train and develop food and beverage team
  • ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • coordinate special events and banquets
  • manage food and beverage cost control
  • maintain high standards of guest service
