  • minimum of 2+ years as food and beverage management preferred
  • wine and beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
  • food handler certificate and tabc required
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work with flexible work schedule

  • ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and operating procedures

  • lead and motivate food and beverage team members
