Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience as a line cook or similar role
  • knowledge of seafood preparation techniques
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • flexibility to work evenings and weekends

  • experience working a hot line
  • some fish butchering or prep experience

Job Duties

  • Execute hot line preparations during dinner service with precision and speed
  • prepare and cook proteins and sauces that showcase our fresh, quality ingredients
  • break down and butcher whole fish, bringing your knife skills to the prep station
  • contribute to mise en place and kitchen prep work that sets up our team for success
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards and smooth service flow
  • support the team with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
