Job Requirements
- 1 year of previous kitchen experience
- High-energy, proactive individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work (and have fun!) in a diverse team
- Ability to work under stress
- Attention to detail
- Passionate about food
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's card within 7 days of hire
- Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc.
- Ability to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam and heat and work in a confined area
- Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable bending, reaching, and moving quickly
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required)

Job Duties
- Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times
- Accurately and efficiently cook pasta, sauces, and other hot food items according to company standards
- Prepare and portion ingredients in advance to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Handle all preparation for items required in daily operations
- Communicate effectively with the Cold Line and Food Expeditor to ensure seamless BOH workflow
- Take responsibility for daily hotline operations and maintain general kitchen cleanliness
- Follow all standard recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen procedures consistently
- Stock and maintain adequate levels of food products at your station to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, including the walk-in cooler
- Comply with all nutrition, sanitation, and food safety guidelines
- Other duties as necessary and assigned
