This full-time position demands a proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The role involves identifying first-time and returning guests through conversations, sharing important guest details with serving staff to personalize service, and effectively communicating with management to maintain dining room flow. You will also assist with order taking, phone calls, and peak period support, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable service operation.
