Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time up to 8 hours per shift
- frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
- manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
- ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment

- previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties
- Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile
- greets incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- seats guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
- coordinates wait and seats guests with a sense of urgency
- always smiles and has genuine conversations with guests
- demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
- commits to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards
- busses tables, delivers food and supports the dining room
- answers the phone in a prompt and professional manner and directs calls
- leads the lobby experience for each guest following Outback hospitality standards
- assists servers by serving food and beverages, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean welcoming dining environment
- has general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommends and upsells products
