Outbackers have opportunities for growth, including training programs like the Shift Leader program. The company supports employees with comprehensive health insurance options, paid sick leave in accordance with California law, and an Employee Assistance Program. Additional perks include meal discounts, closed holidays on Thanksgiving and Christmas, and flexible scheduling to support team members.
