The Bend Pub is currently seeking part-time Hosts/Bussers to join their dynamic and friendly team. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Weekend availability required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including Sundays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be organized and team oriented
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Availability to work weekends and preferred open availability on Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service
  • Monitor and address guest needs and inquiries promptly
  • Support the team during busy periods to enhance guest experience
  • Follow health and safety standards consistently
