- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive

- Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to coordinate seating
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
- Support the team during peak hours with additional tasks as needed
