Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
- manage the seating and waitlist efficiently during busy periods
- communicate effectively with the front of house and bar teams
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the host station and surrounding areas
- share knowledge and passion for craft beer and craft spirits with guests
- handle guest inquiries and resolve seating issues promptly
- assist in managing reservations and guest flow
