The role of Host at Chip Shots serves as the essential "Point Guard" of the venue — the first person our guests meet when they walk through the door. This position is pivotal in ensuring that guests start their Chip Shots experience on the right foot. The Host is responsible for greeting guests warmly, checking them in, and guiding them through the necessary participation waivers required to use the simulators. They also assist guests in understanding how to operate Chip Shots’ advanced golf simulators, offering clear and polite instructions to those who may be unfamiliar with the technology. A critical part of this role is to monitor the booking software in order to coordinate and inform servers about upcoming groups, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal guest service throughout the venue.

Besides guest-facing duties, the Host supports other team members such as Food Runners, Bussers, and Bar Backs during slower periods, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operation. The ideal candidate must excel at multitasking and communication, be tech-savvy, and possess strong customer service skills.
