Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- fine dining experience preferred
- ability to greet and seat guests promptly
- courteous and attentive to guests' needs
- capability to assist in payment collection and cashier report preparation
- valid ABC and RV permits
- reliable and punctual
- must maintain proper personal grooming and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- fine dining experience preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- basic cash handling and cashier skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- knowledge of reservation systems preferred
Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working
- greet and seat guests at appropriate tables in a timely manner
- be attentive of guests' needs and assist in providing a pleasant dining experience
- assist cashier in collection of money or credit cards from guests and servers as needed
- know how to prepare cashier report at the end of a shift
- pay out server and service attendant tips if appropriate
- know how to properly take reservations for outlets
- maintain necessary ABC and RV permits
