The role of Outlet Hostperson at Watermark BR is a part-time opportunity reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. This position is pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests as they enter the dining outlets. The Outlet Hostperson is responsible for promptly recognizing and seating guests, assisting servers, and helping maintain a seamless and memorable dining experience. Additionally, the role requires supporting the cashier with processing payments and preparing end-of-shift reports. Ideal candidates should maintain a high standard of personal appearance and demonstrate attentiveness to guests' needs.

This position demands excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to work efficiently within a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience in fine dining is preferred. The Outlet Hostperson will also be expected to handle reservations professionally and possess or acquire ABC and RV permits as required by the establishment.
