Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Must comply with all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage items
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt and attentive service
  • Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
  • Seat guests in dining and bar areas ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
  • Have general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend and upsell products
  • Entertain wait times by offering beverages and food tastings as applicable
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as applicable
  • Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, assisting guests and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during shifts
