Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Must comply with all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage items
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt and attentive service
- Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- Seat guests in dining and bar areas ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
- Have general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend and upsell products
- Entertain wait times by offering beverages and food tastings as applicable
- Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as applicable
- Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, assisting guests and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during shifts
