Job Requirements
- Responsible beverage service certification required for all California based positions
- ability to greet guests warmly and provide hospitality
- capability to manage seating arrangements effectively
- basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- ability to entertain guests during wait times
- strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- commitment to teamwork and assisting throughout the restaurant
- adherence to safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of food and drink menus
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- team player attitude
- responsible beverage service certification (for California based positions)
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- provide friendly and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
- greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- seat guests in dining and bar areas ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
- have general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend and upsell products
- entertain wait times with hospitality offering beverages and food tasting services
- answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as applicable
- assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and bar beverages, and assisting guests
- commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during shifts
