Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
- Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- Seat guests in dining and bar areas ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
- Maintain general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend and upsell products
- Entertain wait times with hospitality by offering beverages and food tasting services as applicable
- Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as applicable
- Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and bar beverages, assisting guests, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is completed
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift
