Outback Steakhouse is a renowned Australian-themed restaurant franchise that opened its doors in March 1988. Known for its unique dining experiences, Outback Steakhouse brings a casual yet vibrant atmosphere to the dining scene, focusing on high-quality food made from fresh ingredients. The franchise prides itself on creating a welcoming environment for guests to feel at home while enjoying flavorful dishes inspired by Australian cuisine. As a franchisee of Outback Steakhouse, the company is dedicated to upholding the brand's mission of doing things uniquely and positively impacting the lives of their employees, whom they proudly call "Outbackers." The company culture is deeply rooted in respect, camaraderie, and enthusiasm, aiming to ensure that both employees and customers enjoy meaningful and memorable experiences.

The host/server assistant position at Outback Steakhouse plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a great atmosphere for guests. This role is responsible for exceeding customer expectations through friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to individual guest preferences. The position embraces the key philosophy of "No Rules, Just Right," which encourages employees to take initiative and make things happen to enhance customer satisfaction. Host/server assistants also entertain wait times with hospitality by offering beverages and food tastings where applicable, answer phones professionally and promptly, and assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and supporting fellow team members. Every Outbacker on the team commits to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during their shifts.

This role is important in ensuring a seamless dining experience that aligns with Outback Steakhouse's brand promise of treating people "Just Right" and fostering a culture where success follows commitment. The company is actively looking to recruit dedicated, fun-loving individuals who want to contribute to the continued success of their restaurant. Outback Steakhouse supports equal employment opportunities and aims to provide a supportive environment for its employees while delivering unforgettable dining experiences to guests. Individuals who thrive in team-oriented settings, embrace flexibility, and are passionate about hospitality will find this position fulfilling and rewarding.
