Job Requirements

  • Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • excellent communication skills

  • commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles advantageous
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
  • seat guests in dining and bar areas ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff
  • have a general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend and upsell products
  • entertain wait times with hospitality including beverages and food tastings
  • answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as necessary
  • assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and supporting guests
  • commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during shifts
