Job Requirements
- Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- seat guests in dining and bar areas ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff
- have a general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend and upsell products
- entertain wait times with hospitality including beverages and food tastings
- answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as necessary
- assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and supporting guests
- commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during shifts
