Job Requirements

- Ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- Seat guests in dining and bar areas ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
- Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
- Recommend and upsell food and drink menu items
- Entertain wait times by offering beverages and food tastings as applicable
- Answer phones promptly and professionally directing calls as needed
- Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, supporting guests and team members
