Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- excellent verbal communication skills

- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- seat guests in dining and bar areas ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
- have general knowledge of food and drink menu to recommend and upsell products
- entertain guests during wait times with hospitality offering beverages and food tasting services
- answer phones promptly and professionally directing calls as applicable
- assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and bar beverages, and assisting guests
- commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during shifts
