The role available is for a Host/Server Assistant, a crucial position tasked with exceeding customer expectations by delivering friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to each customer's preferences. The Host/Server Assistant is the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly upon arrival and departure, managing seating arrangements efficiently in dining and bar areas, and facilitating seamless handoffs to the service team. This collaborative role also involves engaging guests during wait times by offering beverages and food tastings, answering phone calls professionally, and providing recommendations on the food and drink menu to enhance the guest experience and drive upselling.

Beyond hospitality, the Host/Server Assistant plays a supportive role in the overall restaurant operations by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, assisting guests throughout the venue, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is fulfilled.
