Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently
Job Duties
- Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner
- Seat guests in dining and bar areas while ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
- Have general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend and upsell products
- Entertain wait times with hospitality offering beverages and food tasting services as applicable
- Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls
- Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and bar beverages, and assisting guests
- Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards during shift
