Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

  • Proficiency with reservation and POS systems
  • Sales aptitude or experience in event coordination
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant hosting or front-of-house role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales experience, particularly in event or banquet sales, is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of reservation and POS systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • Assist guests with inquiries about menu options, specials, and restaurant policies
  • Coordinate with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth guest flow
  • Promote and sell banquet and event spaces to prospective clients
  • Assist in planning and organizing in-house banquets and special events
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
