Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a host in the fast-casual restaurant industry
  • Proficiency in POS systems
  • Current alcohol and food safety certifications meeting state standards
  • Ability to communicate verbally in Spanish
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests
  • Physical ability to withstand the demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
  • Assist with reservations and waitlist management
  • Ensure compliance with state alcohol and food certification requirements
  • Support team leadership and contribute to a positive work environment
