Job Requirements

- experience in hospitality or customer service
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Answer phones promptly and courteously
- take and manage reservations efficiently
- greet guests warmly upon arrival
- seat guests according to server availability and section assignments
- maintain an organized seating chart
- communicate clearly with servers and management
- bid guests farewell and invite them to return
