Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Experience with OpenTable is a plus
Job Duties
- Be a key team member at Toscana
- Greet and welcome every guest with a warm smile and friendly attitude
- Manage guest seating and assist with reservations
- Help maintain our high sanitation and safety standards
- Support a fun, positive, and family-oriented team environment
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from the moment guests arrive
