Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Manage restaurant reservations efficiently maintaining accurate records and timely communication
- Escort guests to their tables providing menus and ensuring comfort
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu including ingredients and preparation methods to assist guests
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs answering questions and addressing concerns professionally
- Collaborate with servers chefs and other staff to ensure seamless coordination and excellent service
- Handle special requests dietary restrictions and accommodations with attention to detail
- Ensure the host area and lobby are clean and organized at all times
- Promote restaurant specials beverages and desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales
