This role is a full-time position dedicated to ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. As a Guest Services Associate, the individual will play a pivotal role in greeting guests, assisting with seating arrangements, and maintaining a comfortable and engaging atmosphere throughout the casino. This position demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to manage guest waiting lists and reservations efficiently and accurately. The Guest Services Associate must be comfortable operating in a lively environment that includes varying levels of noise, smoke, and crowd activity. Physical stamina is required to stand for extended periods and move effectively throughout the service areas. Prior experience in customer service, especially in restaurant settings, is highly valued for this role, although individuals with one year of general customer service experience are considered qualified. Job Requirements
- One year customer service experience
