Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for long periods of time
ability to perform repetitive lifting of up to 15 lbs
schedule flexibility including days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
ability to work in environments with variable temperatures
ability to work in moderately noisy and smoking environments

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to provide service excellence to internal and external guests
easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment

Job Duties

Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
greet guests in a timely manner
provide guests with menus
assign guests to tables
ensure that dining and serving areas are clean and properly set-up
receive and record guest reservations
speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
