Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a positive and professional manner
- manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize dining space and reduce wait times
- escort guests to their tables and provide menus promptly
- handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently
- manage new reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and update seating charts
- communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff
- perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
