Job Requirements

  • Must comply with all state gaming regulations including obtaining a license if required
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to bend, stoop and reach while assisting guests
  • Use of stairs and elevators
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Customer service experience dealing directly with customers
  • Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Seating guests in a timely manner
  • Assigning wait staff to service guests in their sections
  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Assisting wait and bar staff with various tasks
  • Bussing and resetting tables as needed
  • Cleaning and maintaining the host area and restaurant entrance
  • Ensuring the safety and security of employees and customers
