Job Requirements
- Education: a high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
- Experience: customer service experience dealing directly with customers
- Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license
- Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach, while assisting guests
- Use of stairs and elevators

Job Duties
- Greeting/welcoming and seating guests
- Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections
- Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurants
- Assisting wait/bar staff
- Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables
- Responsible for cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers
