Montage International is a leading luxury hospitality company renowned for delivering extraordinary and personalized experiences across its portfolio of hotels and resorts. With a strong dedication to creating environments where both guests and associates thrive, Montage emphasizes a culture that encourages passion, creativity, and professional growth. Their distinct approach centers on the principle of "do what you love," inviting passionate individuals to bring their unique talents and enthusiasm to the company. Montage International values inclusivity and offers reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities, demonstrating a commitment to diversity and equal opportunity employment. Their family of properties includes Pendry Hotels, a brand known for its vibrant atmosphere, authentic experiences, and luxurious settings that cater to guests seeking memorable stays. Both brands are united by a commitment to exceptional service and empowering associates to flourish in their careers through continuous learning and creative freedom.

The Host/Hostess role at Pendry Hotels offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about guest hospitality and desire a workplace that promotes growth, fun, and teamwork. As a Host or Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for warmly greeting and welcoming them to the dining environment. The position involves managing reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring efficient use of dining space to minimize wait times, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience. This role requires excellent communication skills to handle guest inquiries, special requests, and any concerns promptly and professionally. Team collaboration is key, as hosts work closely with management, bartenders, and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

The position offers a base pay of $18.00 per hour, supplemented by various benefits including healthcare coverage, a 401k retirement plan with company matching, free meals, hotel discounts, free uniforms and cleaning, and participation in associate community events. Working flexible hours including weekends and holidays is essential to meet the demands of the hospitality industry. Physical stamina is also necessary as hosts may need to stand and move for long periods and handle tasks such as lifting and pushing equipment.

Pendry Hotels fosters a culture where associates are valued not only for their work but for their individuality and contributions to the brand’s success. The company encourages creativity, integrity, and mutual support among team members and holds a strong commitment to equal opportunity employment, supporting diversity in all aspects. Career advancement is actively supported, with accessible training programs and pathways for growth to inspire team members to realize their potential. As a Host or Hostess at Pendry, you won’t just be filling a job role; you will be an essential creator of authentic and memorable guest experiences, contributing to a workplace that feels like a welcoming community and a vibrant career destination.
