Job Requirements

  • No previous experience required
  • Must be able to work Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Must be able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be willing to adhere to all company policies including drug-free workplace standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Must maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate flexibility
  • Interest in providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Previous experience in hospitality or foodservice is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and seat guests based on availability or preferences
  • Handle customer service situations promptly and professionally
  • Supervise food-service associates to ensure compliance with service and sanitation standards
  • Train new food-service team members
  • Assist with bussing and occasional food service while maintaining safe food handling
  • Operate dining room equipment such as beverage machines and fire extinguishers
  • Follow emergency safety procedures and assist with guest evacuation if necessary
