Job Requirements

No previous experience required
Must be able to work Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
Must be able to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be willing to adhere to all company policies including drug-free workplace standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Must maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate flexibility
Interest in providing excellent customer service
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Previous experience in hospitality or foodservice is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Warmly greet and seat guests based on availability or preferences
Handle customer service situations promptly and professionally
Supervise food-service associates to ensure compliance with service and sanitation standards
Train new food-service team members
Assist with bussing and occasional food service while maintaining safe food handling
Operate dining room equipment such as beverage machines and fire extinguishers
Follow emergency safety procedures and assist with guest evacuation if necessary
