Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during specified shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to supervise and train team members
- Ability to handle emergency situations responsibly
- Must be punctual and reliable

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet and direct guests to tables based on availability or seating preference
- Help create an enjoyable dining experience and maintain a safe, clean, and neat environment
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills and demonstrate patience and flexibility
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- Supervise food-service associates to ensure proper customer service, food handling, and sanitation
- Train new food-service team members
- Supervise closing of the dining room and ensure side work and station setup completion
