Job Requirements
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work varied part-time shifts including weekends
- Capability to supervise dining room activities
- Ability to train new staff

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet and direct guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements
- Help create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promote a safe, clean and neat environment for guests and other associates
- Exhibit exceptional communications skills and demonstrate flexibility, patience, and interest in people
- Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- Supervise the activities of food-service associates to ensure proper customer service, food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Help train new food-service team members
- Supervise the closing of the dining room and ensure side work and station setup is properly completed
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency safety procedures and assist in evacuations
- Assist with service including occasional bussing and food service while maintaining safety and sanitation standards
- May operate equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- Work with staff from other departments during special events or functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
