Levy is a leading food, beverage, and retail service provider proudly partnering with the Rose Quarter, the iconic home of the Portland Trail Blazers. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly Hosts to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating memorable moments for every visitor. As a Host at Levy, you will be the first point of contact for guests attending events at the Rose Quarter, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and who are passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality. Your role will be crucial in setting the tone for the guest experience by warmly greeting guests and escorting them to their tables with a positive and approachable demeanor.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Escort guests to their tables efficiently and politely
  • Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members
  • Manage guest seating arrangements and wait lists as needed
  • Communicate guest needs and preferences to the serving staff
  • Ensure the host area is clean and organized
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required
