Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Prior restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests and present menus to guests
Treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations
Take names on a waiting list
Run the floor plan board
Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty and occupied tables
Take guest information and quote wait times accurately when tables are not immediately available
Clean, organize and stock menus at host area
Answer phone and questions concerning the menu and restaurant
Interact with guests as they arrive and leave to ensure a positive dining experience
Transfer to-go orders if applicable
Maintain restrooms and perform routine cleaning during shift
Sweep foyer and front entrance area frequently
Use computer software for reservations and POS
Open door for guests entering and exiting the building
Perform other duties as directed
