Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage waitlists and reservations
- seat guests efficiently while balancing server sections
- maintain organization of the host stand and entry area
- answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- take and process to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely pickup
- manage and coordinate online orders with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- communicate effectively with servers and management regarding table status
- help maintain cleanliness of the front entrance and lobby area
- assist with light support duties for the front-of-house team as needed
