- Full mobility of hands and arms to perform repetitive tasks, such as transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between the kitchen and dining rooms

Job Duties
- Greet guest with a smile and a friendly attitude upon arrival
- Efficiently manage the seating charts to accommodate guests and optimize table turnover
- Answer phone calls to take reservations or respond to inquiries politely and accurately
- Provide guests with menus and notify servers of their arrival
- Monitor the waiting list and inform guests when tables become available
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and lobby area
- Assist with side duties such as refilling condiments, restocking menus, and helping servers as needed
