Furthermore, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and lobby area is vital to uphold the restaurant's high standards of presentation. The Host will assist with side duties, such as refilling condiments and restocking menus, as well as lending support to servers as needed. This role requires physical stamina due to prolonged standing and walking and a capacity to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, including trays of food and beverages.
