Your role is pivotal in managing the flow of guests, ensuring they are seated promptly and comfortably. Your ability to efficiently coordinate seating arrangements will help optimize table turnover without compromising the quality of service. You will also be an essential point of communication, handling phone reservations and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Beyond seating guests, your responsibilities extend to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and surrounding lobby area, contributing to the overall pleasant dining environment. Additionally, you will assist servers and other staff by replenishing menus, condiments, and performing other side duties that keep service running smoothly.
